The role:
The PDC team will be at the forefront of delivering the new strategy for education and training and this role plays an important part of this new future. The coordinator role provides support to the team including all aspects of administering training while also providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for:
• Proven organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including negotiation techniques and ability to liaise with people at all levels
• Financial skills e.g. debt chasing, PO creation, refunds
• Experience of all Microsoft Office packages - especially Excel
• Experience using online booking systems
