The role:
As the events administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Events and Publications team to ensure an efficient and customer orientated service is provided. You will be responsible for processing booking forms, raising invoices, issuing refunds, handling purchase orders, debt chasing, and your strong Excel skills will be used in financial reporting to support the team's activities. You will be an excellent communicator with an enthusiastic approach to your work as you will be the first point of contact for delegates attending the Society's programme of Admissions ceremonies.

• Impeccable attention to detail in finance tasks and reporting
• Proactive and able to use your initiative 
• Strong work management skills to balance a busy workload
