Finance Business Analyst
The Law Society is embarking upon a period of significant and sustained change through its ‘Shaping Our Future’ Programme. It is seeking a business analyst with experience of new Finance IT systems integration and implementation to fulfil a key role on one of the organisation’s priority projects.
The Shared Services Finance Review project will deliver a new Operating Model for The Law Society’s Finance function. The role requires a business analyst with strong business analysis capabilities, including (but not limited to) IT enabled process re-design and re-engineering. Experience of meaningful involvement in business change, including staffing and cultural initiatives, is also required. Experience of operating in an agile environment is also sought. The successful candidate will possess the self-confidence to liaise directly with a suite of senior stakeholders across the wider Law Society Group, incorporating Shared Services and the Solicitors Regulation Authority as well as The Law Society itself.
To apply for this role, please submit a CV and cover letter clearly demonstrating how you meet the requirements for the role.
Additionally, we provide a generous flexible benefits package, including gym membership with a tax only cost, an excellent defined contribution pension scheme and an additional 3% of annual basic salary upon successful completion of probation.
