HR Administrator
The role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to play a key role in providing an effective and efficient recruitment and onboarding service to internal and external customers of The Law Society.
In this predominantly recruitment facing HR role, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resources and assist in administering the recruitment process which includes job advertising, managing applications, organising interviews and onboarding. Acting as the first point of contact in the Recruitment Team, you'll be expected to advise on the application of relevant recruitment policies and procedures, draft recruitment correspondence and ensure documentation is kept up to date throughout the process whilst maintaining confidentiality.
In addition, you'll also provide administrative support to the wider HR Team as and when required.
Key knowledge, skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience of working in a recruitment function (in house or agency) in a full lifecycle delivery role
- Experience of working with varied stakeholders (internal and external)
- Experience of providing excellent customer service, including candidate experience
- Strong team working skills
- Awareness of relevant legislation and an understanding of Diversity and Inclusion in relation to recruitment
- Experience working with MS Office applications

Contract duration: 6 - 12 months
