The SRA's role is to protect the public by ensuring that the highest standards of professional conduct are maintained. The SRA is now seeking to appoint an exceptional individual, to play a critical role.

The Director of Supervision will lead and manage the SRA's supervision of regulated organisations and individuals, maintaining the effectiveness and quality of supervision's engagement and assessment of regulated organisations. Working within a high volume casework-based environment, you will ensure that concerns relating to regulated organisations / individuals are appropriately risk assessed and progressed in a timely and effective manner.

We are seeking an individual with outstanding leadership capability, a track record of motivating high performing teams and delivering strong performance management in a complex, high volume casework and operational processing environment. You will have led and embedded significant process and cultural change within an operation of some scale and complexity. With a background in driving continuous improvement and customer service excellence, you will be an outstanding communicator and politically astute, with the proven ability to build and maintain complex stakeholder relationships.
