The role:
Following a new company wide strategy, this is an exciting time in the Professional Development Centre. We will be at the forefront of delivering the new strategy for education and training and this role plays an important part of this new future. The coordinator role provides support to the team including all aspects of administering training while also providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
• Proven organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including negotiation techniques and ability to liaise with people at all levels
• Financial skills e.g. debt chasing, PO creation, refunds
• Experience of all Microsoft Office packages - especially Excel

Essential
Proven organisational and administrative skills
Customer handling experience, via email and telephone
Work effectively within a team to support others
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including negotiation techniques and ability to liaise with people at all levels
Flexibility
Excellent time management skills – ability to plan, multi-task and prioritise work to ensure that all activities are completed within deadlines
Attention to detail for proof reading, creating web copy and note taking
Ability to cope well under pressure
Experience of working with databases
Experience of all Microsoft Office packages - especially Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable
Proven experience of working within a fast paced online team
Financial skills e.g. debt chasing, PO creation, refunds
Experience of online webinar platforms - ideally WorkCast
