The Role:

The Law Society is going through a period of transformation as we become a more commercial organisation, able to offer its members the best possible service in the best possible way. We need a hands-on SharePoint project manager to implement business and technical change, who will be responsible for end-to-end delivery and ensuring that we achieve our strategic aims.


What we're looking for:

• A track record of successful implementation of SharePoint projects - a project manager who can make an impact from the start.
• The ability to lead and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring optimized delivery of benefits to time and budget.
• Experience of managing matrix teams, including third party suppliers, and financial budgets up to £2m.
• Experience of PRINCE2 and Agile project delivery.

Essential

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

Extensive proven experience in leading business change and IT projects.

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or digital/web development projects.

PRINCE 2 Practitioner qualification or equivalent experience.

Experience of Agile project delivery.

Experience of managing financial budgets up to £2m.

Experience of managing matrix teams including third party suppliers

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Strong coaching, influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of MS Office suite to intermediate level including MS Project and MS Visio.

Desirable

CRM project delivery experience.

Web site delivery experience.

System integration/interface experience.

Six Sigma qualification or equivalent
