We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to provide highly skilled project support to Programme and Project Managers and project teams in the establishment, monitoring and implementation of programmes and projects, using industry standard best practice project management processes and procedures.

Essential

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

Prince2 Foundation qualification or equivalent experience in a Prince2 environment

MS Office suite to intermediate level including MS Project and MS Visio

Proven experience of development and implementation of project processes and documentation

Experience of project planning and working in a project office environment

Highly developed coaching, influencing and negotiating skills

Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to liaise and manage internal and external suppliers and other third party service providers

Experience in project office document and quality management
