The Role:
The Product Manager role is responsible for:
- Developing and coordinating the delivery of a compelling programme of events, services, content, newsletters, and webinars to increase member engagement and to support career and professional development of members in the assigned member communities (sections or divisions);
- Ensuring a relevant and attractive value proposition is in place for each product, resulting in strong acquisition and retention rates, and increased member engagement;
- Identifying revenue generating opportunities and for managing the full product lifecycle;
- Strong and constructive engagement with governance, membership, strategic partners and other teams across TLS.
What we're looking for:
- Track record of delivering commercial success in a commercial and/or membership services environment
- Track record in developing, implementing, marketing propositions
- Experience of creating successful campaigns with measurable objectives
- Creative thinker
- Understands the changing legal landscape and able to adapt accordingly
- Ability to manage complex and varied stakeholders
Essential
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
