The Role:

The Product Manager role is responsible for:

  • Developing and coordinating the delivery of a compelling programme of events, services, content, newsletters, and webinars to increase member engagement and to support career and professional development of members in the assigned member communities (sections or divisions);
  • Ensuring a relevant and attractive value proposition is in place for each product, resulting in strong acquisition and retention rates, and increased member engagement;
  • Identifying revenue generating opportunities and for managing the full product lifecycle;
  • Strong and constructive engagement with governance, membership, strategic partners and other teams across TLS.

  • Track record of delivering commercial success in a commercial and/or membership services environment
  • Track record in developing, implementing, marketing propositions
  • Experience of creating successful campaigns with measurable objectives
  • Creative thinker
  • Understands the changing legal landscape and able to adapt accordingly
  • Ability to manage complex and varied stakeholders

Essential

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

Track record of delivering commercial success in a commercial and/or membership services environment

Track record in developing, implementing, marketing propositions

Experience of creating successful campaigns with measurable objectives

Ability to manage complex and varied stakeholders
