We promote England and Wales as the jurisdiction of choice and the vital role legal services play in our economy.
As part of an exciting change programme, we are looking to recruit an Education and Learning Programme Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of a cohesive framework and protocol for Education and Learning. As well as overseeing the piloting and roll-out of new face-to-face and online learning & career development activities in addition to the procurement of a new online learning platform. The Programme will play a key role in the ongoing success of the Society.
We are interested in applications from candidates who have extensive experience of working at a senior level within Learning and Development, a proven track record in the development of a framework for learning (including identification of learning and career pathways) and experience of delivering educational and learning activities within a commercial context.
