HR Advisor
The legal services sector is going through fast-paced and dynamic changes, and the Law Society is focussed on the current and future needs of the profession. We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join us at this exciting period of change, to support the organisations Shaping Our Future programme as well as our HR function transformation journey.
The Role
Working closely with the wider HR team, you will be pivotal in supporting the delivery of value-added HR services including the provision of first line HR advice and guidance which support the delivery of our people strategy.
You will be a critical to supporting the transition of our HR function as we embed the partner framework and move to deliver a more tailored HR operational support provision locally.
You will provide advice to our people and managers, as well as supporting the Business Partners on all aspects of HR including employee relations, absence and performance management, staff engagement and change management. You will also be responsible for producing reports and the initial analysis of data to help inform HR solutions, as well as identifying opportunities to make proactive changes in work practices that contribute to HR and continuous business improvement.
About you
You will be an experienced CIPD qualified minimum level 5 (or equivalent) HR Advisor;
- with sufficient breadth and depth of HR capability to provide sound advice and the provision of business focused solutions.
- with previous experience of working in a challenging, multi-functional environment you will be confident, resilient, culturally aware and have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have a strong understanding and passion for equality and inclusion.
