The role of the Law Society's Business Improvement & CRM team is to:

• Roll out and develop the Society's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to enhance business benefits across Commercial Affairs, Corporate Affairs and the Private Office.

• To identify business improvement initiatives, activities and strategies across Commercial Affairs to generate greater synergies and improve evidence-based business performance management.

Situated within the Business Planning and Performance Management unit and reporting to the Team Manager, the team consists of two Business Improvement Analysts (CRM) and one Business Improvement & CRM Coordinator. The CRM roles provide a complimentary blend of data administration, development and management skills to support the embedding of ongoing technology systems, processes and projects as part of BAU. Working closely with and for colleagues across TLS, the team actively engages with colleagues across Corporate Solutions and third party suppliers.

The temporary CRM administrator role will be an integral part of the team, focussing on the development of tool for the Society's City & International unit. The role will form an important link with many colleagues to develop and continually improve the collection, retention and management of information essential for the improvement to both the unit and Law Society wide.

Essential

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

Experience in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Significant administrative experience with good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

Experience of Customer Relationship Management system(s) including data entry and interrogation

Understanding of or experience in complying with data management compliance requirements

Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

Highly organised, proactive and methodical

Ability to use initiative and problem solve

Ability to work as part of a team and to demonstrate flexibility

Desirable

Experience in data analysis and collection

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Experience of working in, or an understanding of the workings of a membership organisation

Ability to administer routine financial activity, including budgets
